This year, the Breast Friends Forever of Champaign County (BFFofCC) will be holding their 4th annual Family Fun Night “Bowling for a Purpose” event and fundraiser at Southwest Bowling Center in Urbana. The event will be April 11, 2026 and is dedicated to honoring one of our Champaign County “Forever Friends”, Shannon Rodgers, who passed away in March of 2023 from breast cancer. She was a strong lady, an avid bowler, great supporter of Champaign County, and her home school district, Triad.
Each year we ask for donations to host this event. We are VERY grateful to all who have donated in the past and we are looking for new supporters this year as well. We have used these funds to support our mission through newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in a capacity that best fits their needs, blessing checks to assist with expenses, provide meals to those in active treatment and assist with medical bills. Each year we look to provide more services and support for our community. Ways to Get Involved
You can support our mission by becoming a sponsor, registering a team, or donating auction items:
● Event Sponsorship ($500): Includes your business or personal name displayed at the event and registration for three bowling teams.
● Lane Sponsorship ($100 cash/check; $105 credit card): Have your corporate, small business, family name, or an “in memory of” message displayed on a lane.
● Bowling Teams ($60/team cash/check; $65 credit card): Teams consist of two bowlers. Registration includes shoe rental, one meal ticket, one bottle of water, and dessert for each member.
● Auction Donations: We are seeking items for our Live and Silent Auctions as well as our raffle. Every contribution is greatly appreciated.
