Come to the Urbana Cancer Center, behind Mercy Health Urbana Hospital (in the conference room) the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm or call 937-408-2288

​How do you protect my information?

We do not give out any information. We secure your information in the committee files. 

​Will I have to tell my story?

You would only have to tell your story if you want to!
